SoloCicla instructors are more than just fitness aficionados – they are life coaches, cheerleaders and a support system that will help you through your darkest days. Whether you need to vent through spinning or have your hand held through your first few sessions, our dynamic staff will provide whatever encouragement and structure you need in order to achieve your goals.


Cara Tramontozzi

Cara grew up on the east coast and has always been passionate about health and the relationship between exercise and overall well-being. She graduated with a degree in psychology from Providence College and was certified as a yoga instructor and indoor cycling instructor in Boston. She fell in love with the contagious energy, the mind-body release and the positive and inspiring community at her Boston indoor cycling studio. After a few years in the fitness industry in Boston, Cara moved to Los Angeles and is eager to inspire others on a journey to self-betterment through music, movement and emotional energy here in LA.

Yes, that is her real name! She is one of the rare people that was actually born and raised in the heart Los Angeles. As a child, she studied dance and developed a love for movement and music which later brought her to indoor cycling. She has honed her teaching skills working in many gyms and studios in both LA and NYC over the last decade. Encouraging you to “Ride from your heart, not your mind” in order to FEEL rather than THINK of the possibility that you are stronger and more capable than you think. Whether it’s classic rock, pop, hip hop or ballads, the goal in her class is to surrender yourself and have fun. Her unique combination or warmth, and humor not only motivates her riders but generates a strong sense of camaraderie in the room. She fosters a safe, welcoming and playful atmosphere, simultaneously challenging and inspiring her clients.

“Live loud. Love Louder.”

Our Texas born fire-cracker always has a smile on her face and is sure to add a “ya’ll” to every sentence. Christina attended the University of Texas at Austin before making her move out to Southern California. She’s always up for an adventure and loves the hiking trails California has to offer. After suffering a personal loss, cycling became Christina’s outlet. It was the only thing she would look forward to everyday and now she loves impacting the lives of others through her instructing. She’s one of Solo’s warriors on and off the bike! Her fun and energetic nature creates a formula for her intense class.

Her motto: Always have perfect form, always have resistance and always ride that bike like you stole it!

Christian Castanada

Christian has been teaching indoor cycling classes throughout L.A. for over a decade! Loving the intensity and challenge of staying on the beat, as well as making the mind/body connection of music and rhythm, Christian never looked back.

Certified through MADD Dog Athletics, Christian focuses on creating a synergy between form, rhythm and resistance in each class. In his class you will ride to a variety of musical genres from pop to hip hop, EDM and an occasional throwback!


Erica Eynon

Athlete and actress, Erica Eynon, has been in Los Angeles training and instructing for over 4 years, inspiring and encouraging the community to be the most expansive and strongest version of themselves. With an extensive background in athletics, running Division 1 Cross Country at USD, Erica keeps her love for fitness alive and aims to activate the inner winner in us all. You’ll find her class to be full of energy, drive and passion.
